Where is momentum getting stuck?

Answer five quick questions. You will see the area that may deserve attention first, without giving up your email to receive the result.

What to do next

Your answers are anonymous. FYI uses the overall patterns to understand where purpose-driven businesses most often lose momentum.

Built for work already in motion

You do not need another pile of ideas.

You need to know which problem matters first, what should happen next and what can actually hold the growth you are asking for.

01

The work is strong. The message is not landing.

People hear what you do, but do not quickly understand why it matters or what to do next.

02

Visibility is happening. Conversion is inconsistent.

Attention arrives through content, referrals or outreach, but the path from interest to action keeps breaking.

03

Growth depends too heavily on you.

The strategy lives in your head, execution changes with urgency and the systems underneath the work cannot yet carry more.

FYI is especially useful for founders, established small businesses, community organizations and purpose-driven teams that have already begun, but need greater clarity, structure and traction.

Worth Knowing · Monthly

01

One deeply considered story at a time.

FYI Monthly Feature

Work worth bringing forward.

FYI features people, businesses and community work because their story carries something worth knowing. Features are selected editorially and published once each month.

Bring an Opportunity

Feature FAQ

Before you say yes.

The short version: there is no fee to be considered or featured. FYI chooses stories editorially and stays in communication before anything is published.

Is there a fee to be featured?

No. There is no application fee, placement fee or required purchase. FYI Monthly Features are editorial. Paid strategy or implementation work is separate and is never required for consideration.

What happens after I submit?

FYI reviews the submission for mission alignment, story strength and fit. If it feels like a potential match, you will receive a personal follow-up to learn more and discuss the right format.

What should I expect if selected?

Expect a short conversation about your work, its impact and why the story matters now. Depending on the feature, FYI may request existing photos or arrange a visit, interview, photography or video capture with you in advance.

Does submitting guarantee a feature?

No. FYI publishes one deeply considered feature each month, so not every submission can be selected immediately. Strong submissions may also be kept in mind for a future guide, event, collaboration or network opportunity.

When will I know?

There is no automatic publication timeline. If FYI wants to explore your story for an upcoming feature or opportunity, you will receive a personal follow-up with the proposed next step.

Will anything be published without my permission?

No private contact information will be published. FYI will confirm participation, media comfort and relevant details with you before a feature goes live.

Can I recommend myself or someone else?

Both. You can submit your own business or organization, or nominate work you believe more people should know about. If you nominate someone else, FYI will contact them before moving forward.

Is a feature the same as a partnership?

No. A feature is an editorial story selected by FYI. A collaboration may involve an event, guide, resource or shared opportunity. Strategic services are paid, separately scoped engagements with clear deliverables.

Still wondering if the work is a fit? Send the recommendation. You do not need a polished pitch.
